This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We've written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

What you give us. When you request the Zero-Cost Benefits Blueprint or book a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, approximate employee count, the state you operate in, your benefits renewal month, whether you currently offer voluntary benefits, what you're trying to solve, and whether you already work with a broker.

What we collect automatically. Standard web data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the campaign or link that brought you here. If you arrive from an advertisement, we record which one.

What we don't collect. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health information, or financial account details through this website. If a page ever appears to ask for those, don't enter them — contact us at the number above.

To follow up by email and, only with your separate consent, by text message
To understand which advertising works and improve the site
To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed insurance producer

Consent, and how to withdraw it

Our forms use two separate checkboxes — one for email, one for text messages. Neither is pre-ticked, and neither is required to receive the blueprint or to book a consultation.

Text messages. If you tick the SMS box, you consent to receive text messages at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. If you do not tick that box, we will not text you.

Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. It works immediately.

Withdrawing consent for marketing doesn't stop us sending transactional messages you asked for, such as an appointment confirmation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share it only with:

Service providers who run this operation on our behalf — our CRM and marketing platform (HighLevel), email and SMS delivery providers, and calendar scheduling. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
Insurance carriers and general agencies, and only when you have asked us to explore a specific product or obtain a quote.
Advertising platforms, in aggregate or hashed form, to measure whether a campaign worked.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to — a regulator, a subpoena, the California Department of Insurance.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for advertising measurement, which may include the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. Most browsers also support a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour where it applies.

Automated assistants

Some of our messages — by text, on-site chat, or by phone — may be handled by an automated assistant rather than a person. Where that is the case we say so at the start of the conversation, and you can ask for a person at any time. Phone calls may be recorded for quality; if you'd rather not be recorded, say so and we'll transfer you or stop the recording.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to satisfy our record-keeping obligations as a licensed producer, and then we delete or de-identify them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we're required to retain it.

Security

Your information is held in access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise — but we don't store sensitive identifiers here, which limits what's at risk.

Your choices

Whatever state you're in, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is for business owners and decision-makers. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
